My journey into meditation began in 2008 with a transformative 10 day silent Vipassana meditation program, which completely changed the way I understood the mind and inner wellbeing.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve practiced and taught meditation while helping people from different backgrounds simplify meditation and make it work in real life.
One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is this:
Most people are not bad at meditation.They are simply overcomplicating it or trying too hard.
As I began understanding how the mind works, why meditation feels difficult, and how habits are actually built, meditation slowly stopped feeling like another task and became something I genuinely looked forward to every day.
Since then, I’ve combined everything I’ve learned through years of practice, teaching, mind body awareness, and practical understanding into a simple and grounded approach to meditation for real life.
